Join our Communication 'Power Hour'!

So how can your charity stand out in the current media agenda?

How do you continue to showcase your hard work in the media whilst making it relevant to the world as it is today?

What are journalists looking for and how should you position your story?

This 60 minute session will be hosted by Zurich’s Head of External Communications Tracy Dickerson. Tracy has over two decades of experience across a range of brands such as uSwitch, Glassdoor and Santander with a strong focus on creating headlines for corporate, CSR and brand building initiatives. Tracy is joined by Zurich’s PR Manager Will Kirkman who has a wealth of experience in both journalism with the Telegraph and the Daily Mail and more recently and in-house PR. The trio is rounded out with Natalie Owen, Social Media Lead at Zurich UK, creating stories and content from Tik Tok to Instagram, utilising different skills and tools for every occasion.

The session will run as follows:

  • Why would the media be interested in your charity?
  • What journalists want from you – are they really just trying to trip you up?
  • What’s works on social media?
