This free half day session is hosted by Sally Blake (D&I Manager for Zurich UK) and will take place virtually on         Wednesday 9 October from 09.30 - 13:00.

This is an ideal opportunity to get some time together, with one or two of your colleagues and/or trustees to work on your organisation’s strategy, whilst getting some support and guidance from Sally. 

Attendees will gain a better understanding of the purpose and benefits of creating your own a DEIB strategy, and why it should form an integral part of your organisation’s mission and goals. You'll learn about the important steps to consider in order to create and implement a successful strategy. If you already have a DEIB strategy in place – this could be the perfect opportunity to use Sally's experience to review or update it. During the session, you will be given the opportunity to start drafting or redrafting your strategy, which can then be continued offline, together with our support.
