Gather your Challenge troops and take a look at the projects available for you to pick from this year. Local charities in the Glasgow area can't wait to invite you back for some DIY make-over magic, valuable virtual ventures, or some good old fashioned party planning!
Our five different project categories are displayed below. Each challenge will be marked with the icon most relevant to that particular project.
For each project we're providing up to £500 towards costs, so no fundraising required!

GLAS1 Flower Power
The Challenge
Finding Your Feet would love a team of volunteers to help with their garden project for their troopers (amputees) in Paisley. Your team will supply plants or bulbs, help to turn the soil over and assist with planting and general tidying up of the garden. Their volunteers will be on hand to supply tea, coffee and juice.
Finding Your Feet
Finding Your Feet help families affected by amputation or limb absence with activities, services and support to benefit fitness, mental health and personal growth. Forming relationships with peers and being part of a group is one of the most powerful ways to reduce isolation, which has been proven to be a contributing factor to life expectancy in the amputee community.

The Challenge
Social Bite
Social Bite is a movement to end homelessness. It is a charity and social business providing homes, jobs, food, and support to empower people to transform their own lives. Their vision is a society where no one should have to be homeless and they challenge the status quo by pioneering solutions that create lasting change.

GLAS3 Football Focus
The Challenge
Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity are getting into the football spirit for the Euros and would love a team to help them put together Euros themed goody bags for the children, before the tournament starts on 14 June. They will provide a list of items for your team to buy.

Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity exists to ensure that every baby, child and young person treated at Scotland's largest children's hospital receives the extra special care they deserve. More than 500 children are cared for at the children's hospital each day and they rely on donations to fund life changing equipment, support services and research projects.

GLAS4 Summer Gifts
The Challenge
Beatson Cancer Charity would love their service users to receive a summer gift this year. A list of gifts will be provided to your team and your challenge will be to source the items, wrap and tag them, then present them to their users at their wellbeing centre.

GLAS5 Garden Transformation
The Challenge
Crosshouse Children's Fund are looking to transform their garden area at University Hospital Crosshouse in Kilmarnock. Your team would paint seating areas, a wooden slide and the wooden shelter. The flower beds will also need new plants putting in, ready for the summer season.

Crosshouse Children's Fund is the charity for babies, children and young people in hospital in Ayrshire and Arran. From the tiniest babies in the neonatal unit at Ayrshire Maternity, to the children's wards at Crosshouse and across the community. Each year, more than 25,000 babies, children and young people from across Ayrshire and Arran are treated in the hospitals they support.

GLAS6 Beatson in Bloom
The Challenge
Beatson Cancer Charity would love a team to add colourful plants and flowers to some of the garden areas at the Beatson Hospital, to develop them into rest and relaxation spaces for patients and staff. The staff and volunteers will also be on hand to help.

GLAS7 Adventure Climbing
The Challenge
Common Wheel are looking to take about 15 of their users to the Above Adventure climbing wall in Kilmarnock. Your team will help arrange the day by purchasing tickets, covering the travel costs, and paying for the shoe and harness hire. You are also invited to attend the day out to support the users, if you wish.

Common Wheel supports people managing, or recovering from, mental illness by providing a range of meaningful activities for them to take part in. They work with small groups of people and engage them in meaningful activities that help them live the best possible life, despite their mental health challenges.

GLAS8 Volunteering for the Veterans
The Challenge
Erskine Veterans Charity
Erskine is Scotland's leading charity for veterans and their families. They have been helping veterans since 1916 and now support almost 1,000 beneficiaries every year through their care homes, activities centre and range of accommodation. Their objective is to offer veterans their best possible future, through the best possible care and support.

GLAS9 Food for Thought
The Challenge
FareShare Glasgow and the West of Scotland
FareShare Glasgow and the West of Scotland redistributes surplus food from the food and drink industry to charities and community groups, including children's breakfast clubs, homeless hostels, community centres, and older people's lunch clubs.

GLAS10 Pantry Painting
The Challenge
Cumbernauld and Carbrain Community Hub
Cumbernauld and Carbrain Community Hub is a community-led space, run within the Cumbernauld area. It provides all kinds of support for the community including, access to affordable food through their community pantry, access to clothing, household items, toiletries, period products and a safe-space to sit, enjoy other people's company and have a hot drink and something to eat.

GLAS11 Supermarket Surprise
The Challenge
Good Morning Service
Good Morning Service provides free telephone calls to older people in Glasgow and South Ayrshire, every morning and night, 365 days a year. The service offers friendship, support, safety and connection to the community.
